Ludo Real ("the app") is a free online Ludo game. This policy explains what information the app, ludoreal.in and the Room API (api.ludoreal.in) collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, profile photo and a Google/Firebase user ID. If you play as a guest, we receive only an anonymous Firebase user ID.
• Game data: your display name, avatar, coin balance, games played and won, and game history.
• Developer accounts (API): name, email, company name, API usage logs (endpoint, time, IP address) and webhook settings.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and request time) kept for security and to fix problems.

How we use it

• To create your account, run online games, show leaderboards and keep your coin balance.
• Your display name and avatar are visible to other players in games and leaderboards.
• When you join a room created through the Room API, your display name, player ID and game result are shared with the developer who created that room.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Coins

Coins are virtual and for entertainment only. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn for money or prizes.

Services we use

Google Firebase Authentication (sign-in) and our game server host. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they process.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and data, contact us using the details in the app's Settings → Contact Us. Guest accounts can't be recovered after you log out.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
