Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Ludo Real app, the website ludoreal.in and the Ludo Real Room API at api.ludoreal.in. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. The game

• Ludo Real is a free game for entertainment. You can sign in with Google or play as a guest.
• Guest accounts are tied to your device. If you log out or uninstall, a guest account and its coins can't be recovered.
• Your display name and avatar are visible to other players. Don't use offensive names.
• When not enough players are online, table and timer games may be filled with computer players.

2. Coins

• Coins are virtual and for fun only. They have no money value and can't be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.
• We may change coin amounts, rewards and tables, and may reset or remove coins gained through bugs or abuse.

3. Fair play

Don't cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or harass other players. We may block accounts that break these rules.

4. Room API for developers

• You're responsible for your API keys. Keep them secret and only use them from your servers.
• You may not use the API for gambling, betting, or any purpose that is illegal where you or your users are. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to your app, including India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025.
• Credits, plans and limits are shown in the API Dashboard and may change. Plan credits refill monthly; unused plan credits don't carry over.
• We may suspend keys or accounts that abuse the service, exceed limits, or break these terms.
• The API is provided "as is". We aim for good uptime but don't guarantee it, and we aren't liable for losses caused by downtime, errors or delays.

5. Changes and ending

We may update the app, the API and these terms. We may stop offering any part of the service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
